Talk to the people who'd do the work.

No call centre and no scripted sales team. When you get in touch you’re speaking to the people who would measure your staircase and fit the lift.

Whichever way you reach us, the free assessment carries no charge and no obligation.

Fastest way to reach us during office hours

Send your staircase and we'll advise straight away

We reply within 1 business day

Book a service or report a fault instead

Request your free quotation

Tell us about your staircase and we’ll come back with a personalised recommendation and price.

Not sure what to write? Just your name and number is enough — we’ll ask the rest when we call.

We reply within 1 business day. No sales visit unless you ask for one, and we never pass your details to anyone else.

After you get in touch

What happens next

No mystery and no drawn-out sales process. Three steps, and you can stop at any of them.

First

We call you back

Within one business day. We ask about the staircase, who will be using the lift and roughly when you need it. Five minutes, and nothing is committed.

Then

We visit and measure

At a time that suits you. Under an hour, no charge, and no decision required while we are standing there.

After

You get one written price

Covering supply, installation and handover, with any options itemised separately. Take as long as you want with it.

The home visit

What to expect when we come round

Inviting a stranger into your parent’s home is a reasonable thing to feel cautious about. Here is exactly what the visit involves.

Under an hour

Measuring the staircase and checking the clearances is quick. We don't linger.

One person, identified

You'll know who is coming before they arrive. No unannounced second visitor.

Samples brought along

Upholstery and rail colour samples, so you can compare them against your own staircase.

Questions answered plainly

Including the awkward ones about cost, disruption and what happens if it isn't suitable.

Family welcome to join

Most of our customers want a son or daughter present. Bring whoever you want, or join by phone.

No decision on the day

The quotation goes to you in writing afterwards. Nothing is signed at the kitchen table.

If the staircase genuinely isn’t suitable, or a stairlift isn’t the right answer for the person who’d use it, we’ll say so at the visit rather than quote for something that shouldn’t be fitted.

Lift stopped working? Call, don't fill in a form

If someone can’t get up or down the stairs right now, the phone is always faster than an enquiry form. For annual servicing, batteries or spare parts, the service page has everything.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Anything else, just ask. We’d rather answer it now than have you wonder about it.

Yes. There’s no charge for the visit, the measuring or the written quotation, and no obligation afterwards. We don’t ask for a deposit or a signature while we’re standing in your hallway.

We cover the whole island for both assessments and servicing. [CLIENT: confirm whether any areas are excluded.] Tell us the estate or postal code when you get in touch and we’ll confirm before booking anything.

Yes, and it’s a good first step. WhatsApp us one photo from the bottom of the stairs looking up and one from the top looking down. That’s usually enough for us to say whether the staircase is straight or curved and roughly what’s involved.

A photo can’t replace measuring on site, but it will get you a sensible answer the same day.

That’s most of our enquiries. You can arrange the whole thing on their behalf — we’ll speak to whoever you’d like us to and copy you in on the quotation.

One thing we hold to: nothing gets signed without the person who’ll actually use the lift being part of the conversation.

No. Your details are used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. We don’t sell them, we don’t pass them to anyone, and we don’t add you to a mailing list. If you decide against a stairlift, you won’t hear from us again.

[CLIENT: confirm typical lead time for assessment visits.] If someone can’t get up or down the stairs right now, say so when you call rather than using the form — we’ll prioritise it.
